Glitter and sparkles, gun-shouting voices, those odd lime green pop-eye sandals and hugs and kisses from parents. You weren't exactly embarrassed while having those moment as a child were you? Where have they all gone? It's like life is slowly taking those child-like quirk moments from us day by day, hour by hour and it's only by chance of observation that it sparks a thought of de jevu.
I can't help by staring at a little toddy girl's top today in the MRT and I think to myself why is it that we can't wear those any more. Obviously we'll look stupid and it's like an attention seeking top. The little girl's top was filled with rainbows, sunshine, glitter and sparkles, flowers and bees and some sequents made into a shape of a horizon.
As we all age, some of us grow to be rather sophisticated and wearing anything to do with childhood fashion = obnoxious. Well, some still prefer to stay well within their child-like years and resume those child-like fashion till they "wake-up" one day.
Writing this really seem to make me feel "older". Although I am disinterested in being a grown up, somehow, time makes you realise things and I guess at a certain point in life, you have to really make way and well, I guess move with times. It's really odd to see an adult behaving like a child (unless he's handicapped) even so, we as humans sometimes still look(stare) at such people. Other species makes their scene in wearing childy fashion and looking equally stupid.
I don't know maybe I am getting "older" and trying to make sense out of growing up and thus I am sprouting these irrelevant notes. But I would pretty much LOVE to dress my kids up one day!

Media influenza
I always believe that times have changed and that there are so much media and info-ready materials for society to grab. What will happen to schools one day? The "world" has so much more to offer; so much more excitement then an academically confined container. I wonder a school has somewhat become a place where people convene to chat about their exhilarating happenings.

But of course, there're still a minority who still are really hardworking and genuinely out to make the best of their school years. I guess what my teacher said before was rather true; school is the best place to be, so enjoy your stay because the working world is a whole new different story and one day, when you work, you'll look back and say, school was (somehow) a better place to be...
Anyway, I guess Zouk-Out is officially over this morning. I wonder how many more poor people's belongings have gone M.I.A. i.e. handphones and wallets... It's raining now and rather gloomy; best time to sleep now man!
Anyway, my half stumble upon a site from my "bro's" site and Imma gonna introduce it here too as I think it's really a nice and awesome blog by a fellow SG blogger. Her site is clipped onto my e-journalist, although she doesn't use much words... http://www.stickgal.blogspot.com <-- Go on and look at it! It's really cool!!!

Just too much...
So many things happen this year. Although it's 2008, it just felt like it's 2h00rrible8. However, like my previous post, I guess it's the "washing" and things (well, hopefully) gets better in time to come.
2009 is around the corner. What will you be doing? CNY is also rather early next year, so have you prepared your festival yet? All the recession and stuff I think my angbao collection this year will be minimal. LOL it keeps decreasing as the years go by; time for giving soon (haha). I've bought some toys for my nieces but have yet to get anything for my toddy neff. I dunno what to buy.... Maybe get him a toy car.
My dec will be attending classes and taking the exam >.< I hope to pass my 2nd e-paper!!! That would be a nice christmas gift already. It's quite impossible to focus on study right now actually LOL... But I must! I will be on a long break; only starting work on the 2nd of Jan 09 and officially on the 5th of Jan 09... so, yeah Weeeee.
I also must spiritually cheer my half on his exam which falls on the 7th of Dec. Try your very best to tackle the paper. Although the paper is a good 6hr long battle; give it your best shot! :) Gambette-ne!
ok im going shopping now... will be back to blog more.
Oh and yes, people, please cover your mouth when you yawn. It's totally digusting when your mouth is wide open and yawning and the smell from your cave down to the pitts is totally intolerable and often sewage-y and rancid. /BOO!
